The Gunner uses firearms to attack enemies. Range isn't a problem and a Gunner's attacks are very effective against flying or airborne enemies. The "Trigger Happy" attack enables you to assail a single foe with a barrage of lower-powered chain attacks during the time allotted. You can even extend the time for "Trigger Happy" by leveling up the ability. At first, a Gunner's attacks won't deal much damage. But as a character gains levels, the Gunner dressphere becomes a powerful tool for quickly disposing of enemies. "Gunplay" abilities feature special shots that require MP to execute. However, unlike most skills and spells, "Gunplay" abilities are immediately performed by the Gunner, similar to physical attacks. |
